"I’m a first-time home buyer and in the military, so my home-buying experience has been completely virtual since I was stationed out of state. However, Jacalyn has been the best guide in buying my first home. Our interactions were completely virtual and so each house tour was done by a recorded video (thoroughly done) that she’d send to me along with pictures if they weren’t available online. I think we’ve jumped through almost 10 houses over the course of 4 months and she has been the most patient person dealing with all the lists of potential houses that I’d either send to her or she’d send to me as someone who had no idea what I was looking for, she helped me picture what kind of life I’d be living at each home we looked at and we always focused on the “vibe” or personality that a house would give off. She knew the area of El Paso, TX so she would go into detail if the area had congested traffic, which neighborhoods were old/new, family-friendly, quiet, etc., and even what good food was close by. And she was very good at weighing the pros/cons and if there was suspected damage she was careful to zoom in on it and explain how it would be taken care of. And no matter what she treated every home with respect and always ended each house tour with positivity. I’ll have to say, she’s made this nerve-racking process the most fun and always left a piece of humor and joy to each tour/interaction. I’m definitely going to miss the excitement of looking at her house tours and the enjoyment of working with her."

I was recommended to Jacalyn through a close friend and she did not disappoint. She set us up with a new lender, answered all questions with quickness, and took us to see every listing we wanted to. Being that this was the first home we purchased, we had a lot of questions. She is professionally aggressive where you need her to be and makes sure that everything gets handled in a timely manner. She was exactly what we needed. We were under contract for 7days of working with her. The market is still a little crazy but she made it happen for our family. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially service members and veterans."
